All deposits/retainers are non-refundable and required to secure a booking. By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees that the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Client galleries will remain accessible for a period of one (1) month from the date of delivery. After this time, the gallery may be permanently removed and is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

Clients are solely responsible for downloading and backing up all images prior to the expiration date. It is strongly recommended that images be saved in multiple locations (e.g., external drive, cloud storage, personal device).

Final images are delivered as edited at the sole discretion of the photographer. No additional edits, alterations, or filters will be applied once the gallery has been delivered.

Requests for re-edits may be submitted for a limited number of images and are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.
